About YUEQIANXIANG
A manufacturer focused on the research, development and production of intelligent medical terminals and smart medical display devices — supplying integrators, distributors and project contractors worldwide.
Who we are
Foshan Yueqianxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and works on one specific problem: the hardware layer of medical and public-service self-service.
What that means in practice
We are not a general kiosk supplier. The terminals we build sit in outpatient departments, clinic receptions and citizen service halls, where the requirements are unusually specific. The enclosure has to survive a public environment. The peripheral set has to match a workflow that already exists. The software environment has to run an application written by someone else. And the whole thing has to be serviceable by people who are not engineers.
Working only on that problem has a practical consequence: when a buyer describes a registration process, we usually recognise the constraint behind it before the conversation reaches the hardware.
What we manufacture
Our production covers four families:
Medical self-service kiosks — registration terminals, appointment check-in units and queue ticketing machines for hospitals, clinics and public-service halls. Configurable from a compact 19-inch counter unit to a 43-inch lobby kiosk.
Medical display and triage systems — queue-calling displays, department status boards and information screens, supplied as display terminals or as complete display systems with the controller and mounting.
Touch display terminals — all-in-one units combining a display, a touch overlay and an integrated computing platform, used for interactive self-service, information display and control-panel applications.
Industrial PCs — the computing platforms that sit inside our terminals, and that we supply separately to integrators who build their own enclosures.
How we are organised
Production is arranged in stages rather than as a single assembly line: assembly, wiring, system debugging, quality inspection, packaging and shipping. Each stage has its own check, which means a fault is caught where it occurs rather than at the end of the build.
Quality control runs across four gates — incoming inspection, in-process inspection, complete-machine functional testing and final inspection — and the records are kept against the unit.
OEM and ODM
Most of what we build is customer-specific. Buyers come to us with a requirement rather than a catalogue number: a specific screen size, a particular peripheral combination, a housing in their own brand, or an enclosure adapted to a site constraint.
We take that through requirement analysis, solution design, configuration confirmation, prototype, testing, mass production, inspection and delivery, with remote technical support afterwards. Nothing goes to mass production before the prototype and the configuration have been signed off.
How we work with buyers
Three commitments shape how we operate, and they are the reason buyers return:
We do not publish what we cannot evidence. Certificates, capacity figures and project references appear on this site only when the supporting document exists. Where something is pending, we say so.
Configuration is confirmed before production. The details that otherwise get discovered on site — mounting direction, cable exit, service access, cut-out positions — are settled in writing before the order goes to the line.
Support continues after shipment. A 3-year warranty with remote technical diagnosis and repair guidance, spare-part supply, and return-to-factory service where remote support is not enough.
Markets
We supply internationally. Buyers include importers, distributors, project contractors, hospital procurement companies, medical software companies and systems integrators. Our current marketing focus is Europe and the Middle East, and enquiries from other markets are welcome.
Getting started
If you are specifying a terminal for a project, send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of an existing unit, a description of the workflow, or simply the requirement. We will come back with a configuration proposal, lead time and quotation.

Expertise
What we actually do
Six capabilities that define the company, and the reason buyers come to us rather than to a general kiosk supplier.
Medical intelligent terminals
Self-service registration, queuing and check-in terminals specified around clinical workflows rather than general-purpose kiosk hardware.
Smart medical displays
Triage boards, queue-calling displays and information screens for outpatient areas and public-service halls.
Industrial computing
Industrial PCs and embedded controllers for terminals and equipment that must run continuously in public environments.
OEM / ODM programmes
Customer-specific housings, configurations and branding delivered on a defined engineering workflow.
System integration support
Working alongside your software or HIS/LIS vendor on drivers, protocols, mounting and commissioning questions.
Export cooperation
Supplying importers, distributors, project contractors and medical software companies across international markets.

Commitment
How we work with buyers
A manufacturer relationship lasts longer than a single order. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.
No unverified claims
We do not publish certificates, capacity figures or project references we cannot evidence. If a document is missing, we say so and supply it when it exists.
Configuration confirmed before production
For OEM/ODM work, nothing is committed to mass production until the prototype and configuration have been signed off.
Documented inspection
Each production unit passes four inspection gates, and the records are available to the buyer.
Support after shipment
A 3-year warranty with remote technical diagnosis and repair guidance, plus spare-part supply and return-to-factory service where remote support is not sufficient.
Work with us on your next project
Whether you need one evaluation unit or a custom terminal programme, the first step is a conversation about the application.
