Manufacturing Capability
Production organised in stages — assembly, wiring, system debugging, inspection, packaging and shipping — with four inspection gates and records kept against each unit.
Factory overview
Production is arranged in stages rather than as a single line, because a fault caught at the stage where it occurs costs a correction, while the same fault caught at final inspection costs a rebuild.
How the line is organised
Assembly. Housing preparation, panel fitting and mechanical assembly, at dedicated stations. Enclosures are checked before assembly begins rather than after the unit is closed.
Wiring. Cable routing, connector crimping and harness assembly to the approved drawing. Wiring is labelled so that a later service visit does not depend on the original build record.
System debugging. Operating system deployment, driver installation, peripheral recognition and configuration checks on every unit. This is where a peripheral that does not enumerate correctly is caught, before the unit is packed.
Quality inspection. Four gates, described below.
Packaging. Accessory kitting, foam protection, export carton and palletisation. Custom packaging where the order requires it.
Shipping. Export documentation, forwarder coordination and delivery to the port or door as agreed in the order.
Engineering support. Drawings, interface documentation and commissioning support for your installation team, plus remote assistance after delivery.
The four inspection gates
1. Incoming inspection. Components, panels and enclosures are checked against specification on arrival — dimensions, appearance, electrical parameters and quantity. A non-conforming batch is rejected here rather than built into a unit.
2. In-process inspection. Assembly and wiring are verified stage by stage: fastening and torque, cable routing and connector seating, module mounting and interface assembly. Most latent faults are visible at the stage they are introduced, which is why this gate exists.
3. Complete-machine functional inspection. Every finished unit runs a full function test — display and touch response, printing, scanning, card reading, audio output, network and serial interfaces, and power behaviour — against the configuration agreed for that order.
4. Final inspection. Appearance, accessories, labelling, documentation and packaging are confirmed before the unit is sealed. The final inspection report accompanies the shipment.
Records and traceability
Inspection results are recorded against the unit, so a question about a specific serial number can be traced back to its production batch. Buyers with a site acceptance process can request the records for their order.
Where a buyer specifies an inspection protocol for project work, we inspect against the protocol they signed off rather than against a generic standard. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is accommodated at the agreed point in the schedule.
OEM drawings and ODM projects
We accept customer drawings for OEM work and support ODM projects where the platform is adapted to the requirement. In both cases the configuration is fixed in writing before production, and a prototype is produced and signed off where the housing changes.
About the figures on this page
Production figures — line count, floor area, team size and capacity — are published here only once they have been confirmed against current production records. Where a figure is still under confirmation it is withheld rather than displayed, because an unverified capacity claim in a tender file is a liability rather than an asset.
If you need capacity figures for a tender or a project plan, ask our team directly and we will provide the numbers relevant to your order, with the basis on which they are stated.

Production capability
What happens between an order and a shipment
Production is organised in stages so that a fault is caught at the point it occurs rather than at final inspection.
Assembly
Housing preparation, panel fitting and mechanical assembly, carried out at dedicated stations rather than a single all-purpose bench.
Wiring
Cable routing, connector crimping and harness assembly to the approved drawing, with labelling for later service.
System debugging
Operating system deployment, driver installation, peripheral recognition and configuration checks on every unit.
Quality inspection
Incoming, in-process, complete-machine functional and final inspection, each recorded against the unit.
Packaging
Accessory kitting, EPE foam protection, export carton and palletisation; custom packaging for project or retail delivery.
Shipping
Export documentation, forwarder coordination and delivery to the destination port or door, as agreed in the order.
Engineering support
Drawings, interface documentation and commissioning support for your installation team, plus remote assistance after delivery.
Quality control
Four inspection gates
Each gate has a defined check and an owner. Units that fail a gate are corrected before they advance.
Incoming inspection
Components and enclosures are checked against specification on arrival — dimensions, appearance, electrical parameters and quantity.
In-process inspection
Assembly and wiring are verified stage by stage, including torque, routing and connector seating.
Complete-machine functional inspection
Every finished unit runs a full function test: display and touch, printing, scanning, card reading, audio and I/O.
Final inspection
Appearance, accessories, labelling and packaging are confirmed before the unit is sealed for shipment.
Engineering support
Your team gets the drawings, interface documentation and configuration records needed to commission the terminals. For fleets in the field we provide remote diagnosis and repair guidance, spare-part supply and return-to-factory service.
Compliance
Certificates and test reports
Documents are listed here only once the originals have been verified.

Arrange a factory visit or a video walkthrough
Buyers regularly ask to see the line before placing a first production order. We can host a visit in Foshan or run a live video walkthrough of assembly, testing and packing.
