What we collect

This website collects personal data in one situation: when you submit an enquiry.

• Enquiry form. The fields you complete — name, company, business email address, country, and optionally WhatsApp number, expected quantity, product of interest and your requirements text. These are transmitted to our mail server and emailed to our sales team.
• Technical data recorded with the enquiry. The page you submitted from and the time of submission, so that we can understand the context of your enquiry. We do not record your IP address in the enquiry record.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Why we process it, and on what basis

Enquiry data is processed to respond to your enquiry and to take steps towards a possible contract with you. Where you are an existing customer, we process it to perform that contract. We do not rely on consent for enquiry handling, because the enquiry itself is the request.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this website, they are configured to measure aggregate page usage and conversion events (for example, that an enquiry form was submitted) rather than to identify individuals. Where required for the markets we serve, a consent mechanism is presented before any non-essential analytics is loaded. Who else sees the data

• Our email provider and hosting provider — the enquiry is delivered by email and stored in a mailbox, and the website is hosted by a third-party provider. Both process data on our instructions.
• Spam protection. Where a challenge service is enabled on the enquiry form, your browser interacts with that service to determine whether the submission is automated.
• Our own staff. The enquiry is visible to the sales and engineering staff who need to answer it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and then for the period required by applicable accounting and commercial law. Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted once they are clearly no longer active.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated on the server before being accepted, and the credentials used to send email are held as server-side environment variables — they are never present in the website's source code or in the browser.
