Product information, specifications, dimensions, capacities and lead times published on this website describe our configurable product platforms and standard practice. They are provided for guidance and are not a binding offer.

Because most of our production is customer-specific, the specification that applies to your order is the one stated in your quotation, drawing and order confirmation. Where a figure on this website differs from your order documentation, the order documentation governs.

Certifications and documentation

Certifications and test reports are configuration-specific and market-specific. Documents are supplied during the quotation process against the specific configuration being ordered. Nothing published on this website should be relied on as evidence that a particular certificate covers a particular build.

Images and illustrations

Some product and application images on this website are technical renderings rather than photographs of production units, and are labelled as such where they appear. Product appearance, finish and proportions may differ from a rendering.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Lead times are stated in the order confirmation and are counted from the point stated there — typically receipt of the agreed deposit and confirmation of the final configuration, not from the date of enquiry.
